Hunter Quinn Homes was deeply involved in the Carolina Forest Townhomes project in Myrtle Beach, SC, a Build-to-Rent community. We worked closely on every step, from selecting the right plans to managing permitting, pre-construction, and construction. The project includes 130 townhome units across 30 buildings, as well as an amenity center with a dog wash station, providing both functionality and convenience for residents.
